The Sur-Ron Light Bee and Talaria Sting are built for performance, but their stock brakes? Not so much. The JXR Big Brake Upgrade Kit is designed to give your ride the stopping power it actually needs.

By adapting the braking system from the Sur-Ron Ultra Bee, we’ve created a setup that can handle the extra weight and power of your bike, without compromise. Our custom brackets and floating oversized brake discs ensure a precise fit, better heat dissipation, and consistent braking performance, so you can ride harder with total confidence.

Why doesn't this kit use bigger brake discs?
The Ultra Bee bike is 70% heavier than the Light Bee and uses 230mm x 3mm brake disc with no reported issues.
19/16 is a common wheel size used on the Light Bee, we want the disc to have as much clearance as possible.
While we could produce a 230mm x 4mm+ brake disc we found zero benefit except significantly more weight.

What bikes can the brake kit be used on?
All Sur-Ron Light Bee models, Talaria Sting(MX3) and Sting R(MX4). 

What front forks can the brake kit be used on?
We have tested this kit with FastAce 2.0/3.0, Fox 40 and rfloxa forks. We are confident it is compatible with all standard Sur-Ron / Talaria suspension.
